I am super excited to give my personal opinion regarding one of my favorite brands EVER. Urban Decay is known for their Naked palettes; I own a couple of them myself, but I’m not here to review their palettes, I’m here to share my love for their foundations… specifically The Naked Skin liquid foundation and their new All- nighter foundation.
I have been using the Naked Skin Liquid Foundation for a while now. I actually just bought a new bottle about 2 months ago. I love the simple packaging and the pump is super essential and sanitary. This foundation is super lightweight and just brings out your skin. One thing in particular that I love about this foundation is how it wears… It lasts a good 6-8 hours. Before they came out with their All-nighter foundation, I used this foundation for day and night events. You can tell because it’s about the only foundation I use on my videos. The $40 price is well worth it, especially since you can wear it anywhere you want to go!
Now on to the new All-nighter foundation. WOW! I really thought I was going to hate it because I really like to go for lightweight foundations, but boy was I wrong. I loved that it was super easy to get my shade, it pairs up to the Naked skin shades. The packaging was super edgy and I loved how they kept the same pump as the Naked Skin bottle. The All-Nighter does oxidize differently than the Naked Skin, but on my skin it didn’t make a huge difference, I have a lot of yellow undertones and this shade (4.00) is pretty yellow based. The other thing I loved about it was how quickly it adhered to my skin and stayed on. I’ve used other foundations that claim to be “all nighter” and they’ve left my skin feeling super oily or feeling like I have a million things on my skin. One major recommendation I have for application is to use a damp beauty blender and lastly, one pump of this goes a LONG way. You definitely want to set your make up with the All-Nighter setting spray for the final touch! When I wore this foundations, I wore it to a wedding and the foundation lasted though all the dancing and (gross) sweat! Totally worth the buck!
See you in the next one!
